I'm not arguing about climate change. I think it's a reality. I just think when the climate does change the countries are not ready for it. Suppose it snowed in Delhi for example. People would die in the cold wave and we wouldn't have the faintest idea of how to handle it. Personally, I think it's foolish that we don't accept help from each other - don't know how. I was reading about Phoenix and it sounds pretty close to places like Rajasthan, which a desert area. The problem is actually humanity's inability to learn from each other or even accept that others may know better.
